Our Galway and Roscommon Summons Servers / Process servers cover all areas of Galay City City & County and Roscommon Town and County, and all surrounding areas within the Counties of Galway and Roscommon.

All of our Galway and Roscommon based Summons Servers/Agents have operated for several years, and have extensive knowledge of the layout and geography of both Counties.

All Summons/Process Servers are trained and experienced in the service of documents from all the Courts of Ireland, including Summons, Court originating papers, Witness Summons and Subpoena Ad Test and Duces Tecum, District Court Debt Claim Notices and Circuit and Family Law originating documents, including Equity Civil Bills, Orders with Penal Endorsements et al.

National Summons Servers do not charge for mileage or expenses.

Operations are coordinated from our Head Office in Louth.

We can arrange for the collection of documents from Galway City and Roscommon based clients at short notice when required.

Our fee guarantees a minimum of 3 attempts at service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that we get the job done and will often make as many attempts as are necessary.
