Once Service has been effected, Affidavits of Service are drafted by our experienced Legal Staff, in house.

All Affidavits are in a Court approved format and comply with the Rules of the relevant Court that supplied your Original documents.

The Original is endorsed and our Agent has the Affidavit signed and Sworn before one of our Associate Solicitors before being returned to you.

Urgent/Same Day Service

Sometimes there is a need for very urgent service of an Order, Injunction, short Service etc.

What do I need to send you?

We will require certified copies of the documents that you want us to serve, along with the original Court Issued document, (we can advise on what is required) and a brief letter of instruction. 

When sending originals, we advise you to use Registered or Express Post. 

Registered Post is trackable and is normally delivered next day, but not guaranteed next day. 

Express Post is also trackable and is Guaranteed (by An Post) next day delivery. 

How do I get documents to you?

Post is the most usual way, Registered post is trackable and normally delivered to us next day, but is not guaranteed next day by An Post.

Email is possible depending on the documents you require to be served.

Our Head Office and centre of Operations is in Ravensdale, County Louth and we are also in 6-9 Trinity Street, Dublin 2

What do you need from us?

It really depends on what type of documents are to be served and which Court has issued them.

Normally we will require the original and a copy, but it’s best to contact us with your details, we can quickly advise what we will need.

Can you provide an affidavit?

Yes.  Our trained Legal Staff have years of experience in drafting Affidavits in the formats required by all of the Courts.

Affidavits are prepared by us and signed by our Agents in the presence of one of our Associate Solicitors.  The sworn affidavit is returned to you with your endorsed original, as required, and is included in our pricing.

Do you work for Lay Litigants?

Yes.  We have served for hundreds of Lay Litigants, serving documents Nationwide, from all different Courts.
